Pastor Rick and his wife Bonnie began a mentoring relationship with the Founder of Well Spring Quinte, Penn Clark, after their conversion in 1983.
Through the training at many of his conferences, tent meetings, seminars, and by organizing special ministry events in Canada, Rick and Bonnie became well acquainted with Penn’s vision of a life-giving church.
They are excited to be a part of one of these life-giving churches in Belleville, Ontario Canada.

Originally from Canada, the Clarks moved to Penn Yan with the vision of seeing a Spirit-filled church flourish in the area. It is their continued heart to see revival and hope brought to each home. They love traveling abroad, taking in the view of Keuka Lake from their deck, and spending time with their grandchildren.
Classically trained as a chef, Mark worked in the industry for ten years. This led him to a job where he met his wife, Jillian. As Mark watched Jillian and her family living their lives as Christ lived, he realized he’d lived his life as a complacent Christian for years and dedicated himself to Jesus. Mark and Jillian were married the following year. Before their first anniversary a little girl was on her way, quickly followed by a second daughter and a son.
Although they both felt called to ministry, they weren't specifically looking when they started attending Well Spring Quinte, but God already had plans for them. As they fell deeply in love with the fellowship of this close-knit group, Mark was asked to prepare something to share on a Sunday morning. Over the next year he spoke every one or two months until they packed up their family to take the three month Discipleship Course at WellSpring in Penn Yan. Upon returning, he was offered a Pastoral position to begin on-the-job training under Pastor Rick.
He is grateful for every opportunity he has to share the Word of God with the body of Christ and looks forward to serving them for many years to come.
"As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all." Ephesians 4:1–6
